One of our great new practices is FREE STANDARD SHIPPING available on all orders. Below, you’ll find a guide to all of our new shipping options and some notes on what to expect.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

FREE Standard Shipping: Delivered in up to 20 Business Days*

STANDARD SHIPPING timeframes listed mean that the absolute longest you’ll wait on any order is 20 business days* (unless otherwise noted on product). Please note that this time frame allows for Murphy’s Law— usually (90% of the time) you will receive your order within 2 – 3 weeks, and in some cases even sooner than that.

UPGRADED, EXPEDITED and EXPRESS Shipping: Delivered in up to 15, 10, or 8 Business Days

Our UPGRADED, EXPEDITED, and EXPRESS shipping options follow the same rules of thumb as above. We always list a slightly longer estimated timeframe in an effort to err on the side of caution. Your orders will likely arrive before the maximum of the given 15, 10, or 8 business days. If you have purchased one of our paid shipping options for quicker shipping and have not had your order delivered within the timeframe specified at the time of your order, we will happily refund* your shipping costs**.

 SIDEBAR:

  • We monitor the shipping activity of your orders closely. If an order looks not to have shipped as quickly as specified, we may issue a refund for any shipping costs immediately without waiting for a request from you.  
  • If your tracked order is en route already but will not arrive within the time indicated during checkout you may request a cancellation and refund* for your order. If your tracked order is running outside of its specified shipping delivery date, we may issue you a refund for any paid delivery fees immediately after the missed delivery date and ask that you simply return your undamaged and unopened order to us for a full refund* of your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Shipping timeframes listed mean that the absolute longest you’ll wait on any order is 25 business days. Please note that this timeframe allows for Murphy’s Law— more often than not you may receive your order within 3 - 4 weeks and in many cases even sooner than that.

UPGRADED and EXPEDITED Shipping - Up to 15 or 10 Business Days:

Our UPGRADED and EXPEDITED shipping options follow the same rules of thumb as above. We always list a slightly longer timeframe in an effort to err on the side of caution. Your orders should arrive by the maximum estimated delivery deadline indicated and often sooner. If you have purchased one of our paid shipping options for quicker shipping and have not had your order delivered within the timeframe specified at the time of your order, we will happily refund* your shipping costs** where possible.

 

TRACKING POLICIES:

FREE AND UPGRADED SHIPPING TRACKING:

The (*) besides the word “Tracked” on some of our Shipping options means that this applies where/when available. Tracking features on the FREE and asterisked (*) option are not a paid amenity. If you have chosen one of those two options and receive limited or no tracking information after shipment it is because more information is not made available to us through the carrier based on a variety of factors (a major one might be where the order is being delivered). In some rare instances, the tracking on those particular options may be limited or delayed. We are monitoring their progress closely on a daily basis and will always update you regarding their progress as much as possible.

 

EXPEDITED AND EXPRESS SHIPPING TRACKING:

If you have purchased EXPEDITED or EXPRESS Shipping, your order is absolutely trackable and the progress is consistently updated as it is part of the paid benefits of that shipping option.

 

NOTE: We are usually (95% of the time) able to track all orders. Most customers will receive tracking information as it becomes available to us; even those who chose FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. We do our best to ensure that when it comes to the progress of your order, regardless of which shipping option you chose, whatever we know-- you’ll know.
